Bullard.vet – Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. We have chosen Royal Mail for their reliable, nationwide coverage and commitment to consistent delivery times.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we expect any delays—for example, due to stock issues or high order volume—we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following Royal Mail shipping services:
Royal Mail 1st Class
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Not tracked (unless upgraded)
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Not tracked (unless upgraded)
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Estimated delivery: Next working day
Includes tracking and delivery notifications
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2 working days
Includes tracking and delivery notifications
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed, especially during peak postal periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and selected delivery service.
We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom (UK) addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
Orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Highlands may experience slightly longer delivery times.
We do not currently ship internationally.
6. Order Tracking
If you select a tracked Royal Mail service, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Untracked services do not include milestone tracking.
7. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

Please allow an additional 2–3 working days, as Royal Mail may experience delays.

Royal Mail requires a set amount of time before lost item claims can be submitted. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Vet on a Bike is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Packaging
We use secure, protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. Our packaging may include eco-friendly or recycled materials where possible.
